The ECRI Institute, in cooperation with the Kaiser Permanente Institute for Health Policy, the Milbank Memorial Fund, Health Affairs, the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health at Tufts Medical Center, hosts this year's 16th annual conference on using evidence in policy and in practice. This conference examines whether there is sufficient precision in the definition of "value-based" programs, and in ways to measure value, to support significant initiatives in the public and private sectors.
